Palette is a fast-growing startup at the center of the creator economy. Our team of 80+ is working towards defining the standard for talent management and marketing in an era of new media dominated by digital-first entertainers.

Responsibilities

• Develop social media amplification strategies that maximize client budgets and performance goals
• Lead vendor and partner negotiations across creators, platforms, and paid media channels
• Own end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of creator-driven campaigns
• Oversee UGC content pipelines, paid media amplification, and emerging distribution methods like clipping networks
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for sourcing creators and managing activations
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with creators, talent management companies, and agencies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, client services, and data teams
• Support new business development by participating in RFP responses and pitches

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, growth, or distribution strategy
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience managing and growing cross-functional teams
• Highly analytical mindset with experience using data for budget allocation and optimization
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale budgets
• Strong track record of end-to-end project ownership and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of scaling social media and creator/influencer programs
• Established relationships within the creator economy
• Deep understanding of UGC, paid media, short-form content, and meme pages
