Senior Director of Data Center Infrastructure Delivery

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a team of Technical Program Managers driving large-scale data center construction and network build initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals and creating career growth opportunities.
• Own the overall delivery roadmap for multiple data center construction and network build programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Influence cross-functional decision-making and engage with executive-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks to delivery timelines and budgets across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Construction Management and Project Management.
• Proven track record in leadership strategies and people management.
• Deep expertise in data center infrastructure and operations.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure.
• Ability to manage high-priority programs with precision and speed in a fast-paced environment.
