Senior Director of Data Analytics and Business Systems

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the company’s analytics and business systems strategy
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across analytics, data, and business systems
• Own the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and unlock growth
• Oversee the architecture, implementation, and optimization of core business systems
• Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support business needs

Requirements

• Strong experience in analytics, business intelligence, data, or business systems
• Proven experience building and scaling functions in a high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and analytics best practices
• Experience managing core business systems such as CRM, ERP, and BI tools
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other data-driven industries
• Familiarity with modern data stacks
• Experience with RevOps, FP&A, or go-to-market analytics
• Background in SQL, Python, or other data tools
• Experience supporting executive reporting and board materials
