Senior Director of CTV Product Management

Perion is a global advertising technology company delivering solutions to the biggest brands and publishers around the globe across search, social media and display, video, CTV, and programmatic DOOH. We utilize data-driven AI/ML based technologies to optimize hundreds of terabytes of data and billions of events per day.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for the ad tech suite
• Define product vision and map milestones to company-wide business objectives
• Conduct market research and direct client interactions to define requirements
• Balance technical debt, maintenance, and new feature innovation using data-driven prioritization
• Act as an advisor to the Chief Product Officer to translate business objectives into execution
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure alignment for all new launches
• Mentor, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Operations staff
• Oversee internal product onboarding, documentation, and training resources

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Adtech product management
• 4+ years of experience specifically in CTV Tech
• 3+ years of experience managing and scaling product teams
• Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, auction mechanics, API frameworks, big data architecture)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Exceptional communication and user discovery skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in CTV self-service platforms
• Experience supporting a Chief Product Officer in stakeholder relations
• Experience in an agency or agency-adjacent role supporting media buying and activation
