About the Company

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain authentic, trusted relationships with high-end collectors and regional partners throughout Europe.
• Encourage participation from high-net-worth individuals in the European collectibles ecosystem while implementing loyalty initiatives.
• Establish and manage a regional team dedicated to delivering concierge-level service and curated experiences.
• Partner with sports leagues, teams, and organizations across European markets to create exclusive experiences.
• Monitor market trends to identify and onboard new high-value clients across the region.
• Contribute to the development and regional execution of customer loyalty programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven track record of managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals in Europe
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect with diverse collector personas
• Experience developing and managing consumer loyalty or VIP programs
• Deep interest in sports and European sports culture (e.g., football, Formula 1, rugby, cricket)
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with influential, high-profile clients
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or relevant certifications
• Familiarity with sports cards and collectibles
