About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term, multi-year architecture for the Apparel Brand Management function to ensure a unified global brand identity
- Align and secure buy-in from the C-suite and regional Managing Directors on brand strategy and resource allocation
- Simplify and prioritize the portfolio of brand initiatives to focus on high-value growth opportunities
- Coach, mentor, and direct the Apparel Brand team to raise strategic thinking and execution quality
- Architect the global operating model for Apparel Brand management across product, marketing, and commercial teams
- Establish and mandate KPIs and metrics such as brand health and cultural relevance to measure success
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global brand management or brand strategy
- Experience in premium sportswear, fashion, or consumer industries
- 8+ years in a senior managerial role managing Director-level leaders
- Proven ability to architect long-term strategic plans and align C-suite leadership
- Executive-level presence with exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver simple, high-impact organizational solutions
