Senior Director of Analytics

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic analytics leader and trusted business partner to the executive leadership team
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders and retail partners
• Identify growth opportunities through analysis of category trends, shopper behavior, and retailer performance
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development
• Build scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics processes
• Leverage syndicated data sources like Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, and SPINS to develop category stories
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 10-15+ years of experience in business intelligence, management consulting, or commercial analytics within the CPG food industry
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
• Strong experience with syndicated data (Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, SPINS) and retailer POS data
• Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with SAP and statistical/regression analysis tools
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
