Responsibilities

• Define and lead the DTC affiliate and performance PR strategy as a core service offering
• Build a unified affiliate framework connecting DTC, Amazon, and retail efforts
• Design full-funnel campaigns driving traffic and conversion across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and retail partners like Sephora and Ulta
• Lead the development of performance-driven PR and affiliate strategies blending publisher partnerships and creator monetization
• Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients and lead new business pitches
• Define KPIs and success frameworks balancing brand impact with ROAS and CAC
• Mentor a growing team and educate internal stakeholders on integrated affiliate programs

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing
• Proven experience building or scaling DTC affiliate programs
• Working knowledge of Amazon and/or retail affiliate ecosystems
• Deep understanding of creator commerce and platforms like Impact, Rakuten, or Levanta
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units
• Strong analytical mindset regarding attribution and incrementality
• Entrepreneurial builder mentality
