Senior Director, Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the end-to-end enterprise marketing operating model, ensuring alignment across planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Implement and manage Marketing Resource Management (MRM) capabilities, including budget planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and speed-to-market.
• Establish standardized workflows for campaign management, content lifecycle, and compliance governance.
• Partner with Marketing Technology and Analytics teams to integrate performance measurement and intelligent automation into marketing operations.
• Drive operational transparency and financial discipline across all marketing investments and resources.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations.
• Proven expertise in Risk Identification and Risk Mitigation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Progressive experience in marketing or go-to-market (GTM) operations within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of scaling enterprise marketing operating models in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience governing enterprise workflow and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Adobe Workfront, or Optimizely.
• Demonstrated success deploying AI-enabled marketing workflows and process transformation initiatives.
• Advanced degree preferred.
