Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for new consumer products, brands, and audience-driven experiences
• Support product launches end-to-end including positioning, pricing, and demand forecasting
• Support launch and scaling of new YouTube channels and IP-driven franchises
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels across owned, earned, and paid channels
• Define growth KPIs and design tracking systems for CAC, LTV, and retention
• Lead brand strategy for new formats, franchises, and products
• Define and protect the channel’s brand positioning, voice, and narrative
• Own public-facing communications and public relations strategy
• Lead creator, platform, and industry relationships to elevate visibility

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience
• 3+ years within high-growth, private companies preferred
• Proven success launching and scaling consumer products or brands
• Deep understanding of audience-led growth and modern product marketing
• Experience owning and scaling martech stacks and data-driven marketing systems
• International go-to-market experience
• Ability to work onsite in Frisco, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience within creator-led, media, or DTC businesses
• Existing relationships with agencies, platforms, or strategic partners
• Passion for digital media, sports, and entertainment
