Senior Director, Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the Tezspire brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Build and maintain strong brand advocacy among Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers.
• Oversee multi-channel media measurement, analytics, and KPI frameworks to drive actionable insights and optimization.
• Manage cross-functional brand P&L expense targets, ensuring ROI discipline and financial accountability.
• Deliver innovative marketing approaches, including data-driven social media strategies and personalized engagement.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply teams to align demand planning with sales performance and forecasting.
• Acquire, develop, and mentor marketing talent to build strong succession pipelines and critical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, or related industry sectors.
• At least 5 years of commercial experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience in people management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science.
• Demonstrated track record of leading brand strategy and executing against ambitious commercial goals.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex business unit budgets.
• Experience working effectively within cross-functional business environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through complex, rapidly changing market dynamics.
