About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and own Allied's brand strategy, visual identity, messaging architecture, and market positioning.
- Lead the national field and event marketing strategy, including industry conferences, broker summits, and client events.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy and distribution plan to position Allied as a thought leader in TPA services and self-funded healthcare.
- Oversee paid digital marketing, email marketing programs, and lifecycle marketing strategies to drive pipeline and retention.
- Manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM integration, marketing automation, and campaign analytics.
- Develop executive-level dashboards to provide visibility into marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team across brand, events, content, and lifecycle disciplines.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Client Management, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated impact at the department level.
- 5+ years of experience at a Director level with proven leadership competencies.
- Expertise in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets with accountability to ROI.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Proven ability to build and manage marketing technology infrastructure and vendor relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, TPA, health plan, or benefits administration.
- Familiarity with self-funded employer and broker distribution models.
- Strong background in translating complex subject matter into compelling narratives for executive audiences.
