Senior Director, Market Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the General Manager and own the complete Profit and Loss (P&L) for the entire state
• Drive medical cost management, revenue optimization, and opex management
• Lead, mentor, and develop market leadership and care team members
• Manage and optimize state key performance indicators (KPIs) including utilization and HEDIS metrics
• Build relationships with local healthcare providers, community partners, and health plan clients
• Lead the execution and launch of new clinic locations within the state
• Oversee Clinical Managers and Managers of Community Operations

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare leadership roles
• Experience leading in a clinical-operational dyad model
• Proven track record of managing a large P&L in a value-based care or capitated environment
• Deep understanding of Medicaid and the behavioral health ecosystem (SMI/SUD)
• Ability to travel regularly across the state
• Passion for serving individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI)
