Senior Director, Market Access Consulting

Responsibilities

• Deliver market access engagements focused on solutions across the access continuum
• Achieve revenue and sales goals through direct client engagement
• Provide leadership and direction to the core consulting team
• Support hiring, staffing, and people development
• Collaborate across business units on strategy and execution
• Build new business opportunities and maintain long-term client partnerships
• Coach and mentor staff through career development planning

Requirements

• 8-10 years of consulting or related experience in distribution, patient support services, or GPO engagement
• Deep expertise in market access and distribution
• Proven track record in revenue generation and business development
• Strong strategic and technical writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Master’s or PhD degree in Science, Economics, or Business
