Responsibilities
- Design and structure Learning & Development programs and high-level learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct needs analysis and consult business leaders on development opportunities.
- Execute learning strategies including managing the learning calendar, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Facilitate mid-to-senior level training sessions both virtually and in-person.
- Manage the entire performance management cycle, including goal-setting, appraisals, and reviews.
- Support employee communities and resource groups by formulating hybrid working strategies and wellness solutions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on internship programs for diverse cohorts.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Talent Management or Learning & Development.
- Certification in instructional design, Train-the-trainer, 360 feedback tools, or recognized behavioral assessments.
- Proven expertise as a facilitator for mid-to-senior level cohorts.
- Digital-first mindset with knowledge of the digital landscape (E-commerce, programmatic, social media, etc.).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Strong communication skills with high levels of empathy and business acumen.
