Senior Director, Large Format Channel

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver financial results for the Large Format Channel, specifically Target and Kroger
• Develop and implement strategic joint business plans to influence assortment, pricing, and promotion
• Build and maintain effective customer relationships throughout Target and Kroger enterprises
• Lead the customer planning process and manage fiscally responsible trade planning
• Manage broker agency relationships to ensure effective coverage and performance
• Lead routine and ad-hoc business analyses using POS, panel, and syndicated data
• Forecast sales volume and trade spend monthly to improve accuracy
• Lead, train, and develop the skills of direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 8–10 years of CPG customer development or sales experience
• Experience managing Target and/or Kroger at the headquarter level preferred
• Proven broker management experience
• Strong understanding of P&L dynamics and trade budget management
• Proficiency with syndicated data systems such as IRI/Circana, Nielsen, or PowerBI
• Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
