Senior Director, IT Operations & Digital Resilience

Responsibilities

• Direct the global IT Helpdesk and specialized VIP Support tier for executive leadership
• Lead end-point management strategy including MDM, imaging, and lifecycle management
• Oversee global network architecture, VPN, SD-WAN, and office-based connectivity
• Manage SRE and Incident Management frameworks to minimize downtime
• Serve as functional lead for IT regulatory compliance including SOX, GDPR, and SOC2
• Manage offshore vendor relationships and multi-million dollar budgets for hardware and software
• Design and deliver IT Operational Command Dashboards tracking MTTR, CSAT, and SLAs

Requirements

• 12+ years in IT Operations
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience managing teams of 20+ including remote and offshore resources
• Deep familiarity with ITIL frameworks, SRE principles, and modern GRC tools
• Ability to translate technical uptime data into business-centric reports for C-Suite
