Senior Director ISC Engineering Equipment

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global technology strategy for equipment engineering
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing global engineering teams
• Lead equipment and process design aligned with manufacturing, quality, and safety requirements
• Optimize performance across cost, reliability, uptime, and maintainability
• Lead large-scale capital projects from concept through implementation and ramp-up
• Own CapEx planning, forecasting, and execution discipline
• Oversee equipment installation, integration, and production ramp-up
• Ensure manufacturing lines meet quality, regulatory, and performance standards

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Proven experience leading global engineering or equipment organizations
• Strong background in manufacturing, automation, or equipment engineering
• Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., MedTech, Pharma, Automotive)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• Ability to travel 30-50% (domestic and international)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or MS in Engineering
