Responsibilities
- Provide day to day leadership of the Asia Infrastructure Solutions group
- Drive the Infrastructure Solutions team to surpass Business Objectives and Key Results
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement Infrastructure Solutions to address customer needs
- Motivate and lead a high-performance team through recruitment, retention, and mentoring
Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree in General Engineering required
- Masters in CS or Engineering preferred
- 10+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills
- Regional experience in a medium to large industrial or technology organization
- Strong acumen in Electrical discipline
- Proven track record of leading through rapid, significant growth
