Senior Director, Information Management, Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise data and analytics strategy, defining multi-year roadmaps aligned with the organizational AI agenda.
• Architect the transition from legacy data landscapes to a modern, cloud-native, AI-ready foundation.
• Manage a global technical organization of 50+ FTEs, including data engineers, architects, BI developers, and data product owners.
• Drive the shift toward a federated data product model and self-service data infrastructure.
• Ensure the data estate is AI-ready by supporting LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and real-time feature serving.
• Oversee major data platform and transformation programs with budgets up to $30M.
• Establish data engineering standards, including CI/CD pipelines, DataOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
• Implement MDM disciplines, data governance, and observability practices across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, analytics, or information architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in senior leadership of established global technical teams.
• Proven track record of migrating legacy warehouse architectures to cloud-native platforms.
• Deep expertise with the modern data stack, including Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or BigQuery.
• Experience with orchestration and open table formats such as Apache Airflow, Apache Iceberg, or Delta Lake.
• Experience managing large-scale global IT delivery organizations and budgets up to $30M.
• Proficiency with BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
