About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the people strategy and HR delivery for Ford Credit, partnering with leadership to drive scalable talent initiatives and organizational excellence.
- Build strong relationships and credibility with business groups to understand needs, goals, and challenges.
- Develop and implement long-term people and culture plans to support regional business strategies.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership on transformational talent agendas to attract, develop, and retain top industry talent.
- Advise leaders on talent growth strategies and technical capability pipelines.
- Drive HR program advocacy and communicate the business value of HR initiatives to senior management.
- Own the delivery of critical HR projects to resolve complex people and culture problems.
- Analyze the long-term impact of new strategies on the business and lead process improvement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
- Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Willingness to work in person at Ford’s Dearborn, MI headquarters at least four days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading HR or talent strategy within financial services, automotive finance, or fintech organizations.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices within heavily regulated environments and compliance frameworks.
- Success in supporting digital transformations and building talent pipelines for software engineering and data science teams.
- Experience leading global teams and navigating international labor markets.
