Senior Director & HOD - Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight for the Critical Care department at Fortis Memorial Research Institute.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the intensive care units to ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff.
• Drive clinical excellence through the implementation of best practices and advanced medical protocols.
• Collaborate with hospital administration to optimize resource allocation and departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• Post Graduation degree in a relevant medical field.
• Extensive clinical experience in critical care medicine.
• Proven leadership experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
