Senior Director - Health & Benefits Consulting

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients regarding the design and management of health and benefits programs
• Lead client service teams in delivering project plans, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Drive vendor procurement strategy, including negotiation, implementation, and optimization activities
• Grow Health and Benefits revenue by anticipating client needs, cross-selling solutions, and participating in new business pursuits
• Mentor and manage colleagues to demonstrate leadership within the practice
• Conduct final reviews of deliverables to ensure alignment with client objectives and WTW professional excellence standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the design and management of complex health and welfare plans
• Proven experience in a consulting or brokerage environment
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and grow client relationships
• Strong executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain a State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• CEBS designation
• Specialized training in health and welfare actuarial or underwriting functions
