Senior Director - Health and Benefits Consulting

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients regarding the design and management of health and benefits programs
• Lead client service teams in delivering project plans, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Drive revenue growth by anticipating client needs and cross-selling new solutions
• Lead vendor procurement strategy, including negotiation, implementation, and optimization
• Act as a subject matter expert in new client pursuits to craft tailored solutions
• Mentor and manage colleagues to demonstrate leadership within the practice

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the design and management of complex health and welfare plans
• Proven track record of revenue generation and growing client relationships
• Experience working within a consulting or brokerage environment
• Strong executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain a State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• CEBS designation
• Specialized training in health and welfare actuarial or underwriting functions
