Senior Director - Head of Product Management Content Tech & AI

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Management experts overseeing AI-enabled Marketing and content technology platforms.
• Define and own the global AI for Marketing strategy, including a multi-year roadmap for content creation, personalization, and MLR.
• Drive the standardization of content workflows and scale AI-derived content generation to deliver measurable business impact.
• Partner with Legal and Regulatory teams to transform content approval processes through automated pre-review and risk scoring.
• Act as a senior business partner to Commercial Excellence and IT to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI marketing use cases, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of experience, OR
• Master's Degree and 12 years of experience, OR
• PhD and 12 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong strategic and enterprise thinking with the ability to translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams within a complex matrix environment.
• Experience with digital, omnichannel, and modern marketing capabilities in a large biopharma environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading transformation initiatives and supporting large-scale change management.
• Global experience with an enterprise mindset.
