Senior Director, Head of eCommerce

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the US DTC growth strategy and end-to-end P&L
• Lead pricing strategy, promotional calendars, and merchandising mix
• Align with finance and analytics to forecast sales and optimize ROI
• Define the digital merchandising strategy to optimize product assortment and discoverability
• Drive personalization, A/B testing, CRO, and responsive design improvements
• Partner with growth marketing to align digital spend with business goals
• Leverage CRM and retention marketing to increase repeat purchase rates
• Partner with supply chain and IT to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory management
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary eCommerce team

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or DTC leadership
• Proven track record of growing a DTC business and owning a revenue-driving P&L
• Expertise in digital platforms like Shopify Plus or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4 or BI tools
• Strong understanding of digital merchandising and conversion optimization
• Experience with eCommerce merchandising tools like Bloomreach
