Senior Director Group, Quantitative Pharmacology

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of individual contributing scientists within one or more therapeutic focus areas
• Provide technical guidance and performance management to ensure staff success and professional growth
• Lead the PK/PD evaluation for a portfolio of products or highly complex, wide-scope projects
• Develop and implement strategic analyses in support of research and development projects using mastery-level PK/PD knowledge
• Identify opportunities for process, procedural, and service improvements to impact the business
• Collaborate across functions to solve unique and complex problems and influence multi-disciplinary project teams

Requirements

• Ph.D. with 10+ years of industry experience or an M.S. with 12+ years of industry experience
• Deep expertise in modeling and simulation, PK/PD, systems pharmacology, and quantitative drug development strategies
• Proven experience interacting with regulatory agencies to develop regulatory strategies without supervision
• Hands-on experience with a broad range of quantitative tools and systems
• Strong publication record in the field of quantitative pharmacology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information succinctly
