Senior Director, Global Strategic Accounts

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing organization of Directors, Senior Managers, Sales Managers, and Client Partners
• Drive global revenue growth by identifying opportunities and negotiating Joint Business Partnership agreements
• Develop and implement scalable global playbooks and industry-specific strategies
• Lead vertical strategy in partnership with Regional Vertical Senior Directors
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence innovation and measurement solutions
• Build and strengthen C-Suite and executive-level relationships with global partners
• Proactively identify next-generation partnerships to ensure long-term platform health
• Lead the planning and execution of multi-region education sessions and summits

Requirements

• 18+ years of experience in digital media sales, marketing, or business development
• 10-12+ years of people management experience, including managing other people managers
• Proven success in accelerating market share and revenue in international markets
• Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and product innovation
• Exceptional ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Experience with complex global deal structuring and revenue forecasting
• Data-driven thinker capable of synthesizing market trends
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
