Senior Director Global Quality Excellence and Oversight

Responsibilities

• Lead critical change and transformation initiatives within GxP-regulated environments, such as global Quality Management Review processes.
• Drive Quality Management Systems (QMS) and GxP-compliant Change Management processes to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Oversee key processes impacting patient safety and product quality, ensuring strict compliance with GxP regulations.
• Conduct detailed reviews of strategic and tactical progress on milestones and objectives in collaboration with global and site leaders.
• Provide strategic leadership and hands-on support for ongoing initiatives within the Quality Assurance landscape.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, GxP compliance, and regulatory environments within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale change and transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, QMS, and GxP regulations.
• Strong strategic leadership capabilities with the ability to guide cross-functional teams globally.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Advanced degrees such as MSc, PhD, or MBA.
