About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and governance for global payroll operations supporting 6,000+ employees across the US, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.
- Develop and execute a long-term global payroll strategy focused on operational excellence, automation, and scalability.
- Lead and mentor a geographically distributed global payroll organization of 13 professionals.
- Oversee complex payroll operations, including gross-to-net processing, expatriate payroll, and multi-entity administration.
- Direct enterprise-wide payroll transformation initiatives, including large-scale platform migrations and system implementations.
- Ensure global compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and SOX controls across all jurisdictions.
- Manage strategic relationships and SLAs with external vendors, including ADP and regional service providers.
- Partner with Executive Leadership, HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to align payroll strategy with global business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive payroll experience.
- 5-8 years of experience leading global payroll organizations in a multinational environment.
- 5+ years of experience managing large, geographically distributed teams.
- Deep expertise in ADP GlobalView (SAP) and ADP Celergo.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale payroll system migrations and implementations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of global payroll compliance, tax regulations, and SOX controls.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or relevant international payroll certifications.
- Experience supporting publicly traded companies in a SOX-compliant environment.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll analytics, and reporting tools.
