Senior Director Global Enterprise & Workforce Communications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end enterprise and workforce communication strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Management Board and Chief People Officer on organizational and workforce-related topics.
• Shape compelling corporate narratives that translate company strategy and purpose into inspiring messaging.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, Finance, and other key departments to ensure consistent messaging.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee representation bodies, media, and other external stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing, agile communications team.

Requirements

• Proven ability in strategic thinking and designing long-term communication plans.
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability to navigate competing interests and foster collaboration.
• Expertise in crisis communication and managing proactive/reactive messaging in business-critical situations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling agile teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft precise messages within legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management at the executive level.
