Senior Director Global CRM

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global Salesforce CRM strategy to drive commercial excellence and digital transformation.
• Design and implement the global CRM operating model, including governance, decision rights, and investment prioritization.
• Oversee the global Salesforce product portfolio, managing the investment roadmap and product backlog.
• Drive value realization by defining and tracking metrics such as revenue uplift and sales productivity.
• Partner with senior commercial leaders across P&L, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align CRM with strategic priorities.
• Lead a team of Salesforce Product Owners and drive the adoption of agile methodologies.
• Simplify and rationalize the global CRM ecosystem while evaluating emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in CRM leadership, commercial excellence, sales operations, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading global CRM or Salesforce transformations at scale.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including multi-cloud and platform strategy.
• Experience operating within complex, matrixed, multinational organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of end-to-end go-to-market processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing large budgets and leading global teams.
