Senior Director, General Manager of Fulfillment Operations

The brand offers designer apparel and accessories through a subscription, one-time rental, or ownership model, supported by proprietary technology and a unique reverse logistics operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high-functioning team connected to the company vision
• Lead with safety, service, quality, and cost at the forefront of decision making
• Establish and meet KPIs for the entire building
• Drive strategic labor planning and forecasting to align with variable cost plans
• Develop and administer operational procedures for shipments, product handling, and inventory accuracy
• Adapt building layout, equipment, and headcount plans to address volume growth
• Attract and hire top talent in partnership with the People team
• Create a culture of continuous improvement to decrease costs and improve efficiency

Requirements

• B.S. degree in business administration, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in retail management, warehouse, fulfillment, or quality assurance
• Proven track record of leadership and employee development
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting staffing needs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable results
