Senior Director, FP&A – SG&A Oversight & Strategic Cost Management (Spin-Off)

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A oversight for all SG&A functions, including HR, IT, Legal, and Finance
• Partner with functional leaders to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• Establish and lead governance for tracking all costs associated with the business spin-off
• Develop frameworks to distinguish between one-time and ongoing spin-off costs
• Provide regular executive-level updates on spin-off cost performance versus plan
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights
• Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards for SG&A performance and variance analysis
• Ensure alignment with SOX controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience managing SG&A functions and corporate cost structures
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced, global environment
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA and/or CPA certification
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives such as spin-offs, restructuring, or M&A
