Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance management, including budget/forecasting cycles and capex infrastructure.
• Evolve internal management and board/sponsor reporting to improve strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the consolidation of financial data from various sources to ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage the implementation and optimization of cloud-based financial systems and automation tools.
• Drive strategic planning initiatives aligned with the company's 5-year strategic plan.
• Provide leadership over cash forecasting and days sales outstanding (DSO) projections.
• Build productive business partnerships across a matrixed organization.
• Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to the board and executive leadership.
• Mentor and provide guidance to the FP&A team to foster continuous learning.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in FP&A, financial systems, and consolidations.
• Strong expertise in 3-statement articulation (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Proven track record in strategic planning and automating manual financial processes.
• Extensive experience with cloud-based financial systems implementations.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience in executive-level presentations.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on change management and mentorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA).
• Relevant professional certifications.
