Senior Director, Financial Management (FP&A) - Personal Loans

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CFO for the Personal Loans business, providing strategic financial leadership during a transformative integration period.
• Act as a strategic thought partner and advisor to the Head of Personal Loans and the Business Leadership Team.
• Generate ongoing analytical insights regarding business performance, P&L, and consumer trends.
• Develop and deliver influential presentations to senior management.
• Build collaborative partnerships across Corporate Planning, Accounting, Balance Sheet & Capital Planning, and Corporate Development.
• Lead and develop top talent while fostering a strong finance culture.
• Challenge the status quo to create sustainable, well-managed processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, a quantitative discipline, or military experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination of these fields.
• At least 6 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Master's Degree in Finance.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• 10+ years of experience managing an FP&A function.
• 10+ years of people management experience, including both direct and indirect reports.
