Senior Director, Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Global Consumer Sales & Marketing executives
• Influence global go-to-market strategy, including market expansion and channel strategy
• Lead long-range strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts
• Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales programs
• Partner with Sales Operations to design and govern global incentive compensation programs
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and scalable financial processes
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in senior leadership roles
• Experience in a publicly traded, global organization
• Deep expertise in FP&A, business partnering, and commercial finance
• Experience in technology, consumer electronics, or semiconductor industries preferred
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in BI tools and predictive analytics
• Exceptional executive communication skills

• MBA, CPA, or CFA
