About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and coaching to heads of Field ABM, Events, and Partner Marketing
- Design and deploy bespoke ABM plays for high-value accounts
- Oversee end-to-end trade show execution including logistics and lead capture
- Maximize channel partner impact using Market Development Funds (MDF)
- Align field activities with quarterly revenue targets and sales priorities
- Manage multi-million-dollar field and events budget
- Refine in-person demo experiences for hardware and software solutions
- Track field and event activities in CRM for pipeline and revenue attribution
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience
- 3+ years in a leadership capacity managing diverse marketing functions
- Experience marketing hardware-enabled SaaS, Physical Security, or IoT products
- Proven track record of architecting ABM strategies for Enterprise accounts
- Experience with Channel Partner Marketing and MDF management
- Strong financial and analytical acumen for pipeline reporting
- Ability to work onsite in American Fork, Utah or Seattle, Washington
