Senior Director, Field Enablement

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver global enablement programs for sales and technical staff
• Collaborate with field leadership, product, marketing, and GTM teams to create quarterly modules
• Design and implement scalable enablement frameworks aligned to business priorities
• Deliver cohort-based new hire training to accelerate ramp-up and productivity
• Create and deliver onboarding materials and e-learning through the LMS
• Partner with field coaches to identify sales capability gaps and provide coaching on discovery, storytelling, and value-based selling
• Track and report enablement metrics such as ramp time, certification rates, and win rates
• Lead and develop a high-performing enablement team

Requirements

• 8+ years in field enablement, sales enablement, or a related role
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Proven success designing and scaling global enablement programs
• Strong experience in content design, curriculum development, and authoring
• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and certification programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
• Experience in a global role across different regions and time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Content localization experience
