Senior Director, Field & Channel Delivery Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of field and channel delivery operations across North and Latin America
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, including Lifecycle Services, Warranty support, and onsite field delivery
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, partnering with Global Procurement on selection and rate negotiation
• Drive cost efficiency and operational performance to ensure cost-to-serve aligns with revenue objectives
• Develop and execute channel partner strategies to increase services adoption and usage
• Own the onsite customer experience and lead the resolution of complex customer escalations
• Manage financials, headcount budgets, and talent development for high-performing teams
• Advise executive leadership on strategic direction and policy development

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Support/Service Segment delivery and solutions
• 10+ years of experience in operations management within large organizations
• Proven experience with supplier management, service taxonomy, and financial management
• Experience leading and influencing teams within a global, matrixed organization
• Applied knowledge of the ITIL Framework and IT infrastructure delivery best practices
• Advanced degree preferred
