Senior Director, Experience Solutions & Success

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and deployment of strategic digital products and solutions to drive digital growth.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, connecting organizational capabilities to deliver additional services.
• Lead the development and execution of the Experience Solutions & Success Sales & Marketing plan.
• Partner with agency account and new business teams to drive awareness and support new business pitches.
• Manage the Omnichannel Advisory Council, including customer engagements and feedback synthesis.
• Define project approaches and plans for omnichannel initiatives, overseeing work plans and timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing global teams while managing budgets and resources.
• Report on the state and performance of key initiatives to senior executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 18+ years of product leadership or management experience focused on digital products and technology-driven solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in project/program management, including managing other project managers.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, and global project teams.
• Deep expertise in the Agile framework and experience implementing Agile within an organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
