Senior Director - Executive Compensation & Board Advisory

Responsibilities

• Lead the Executive Compensation and Board Advisory (ECBA) practice in Singapore and South Asia
• Drive sales and business development efforts for the Work & Rewards consulting business
• Serve as Project Manager for marquee ECBA clients within the region
• Lead a team of consultants and associates to deliver high-quality client work and manage practice operations
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client contacts through effective communication and project execution
• Create new intellectual capital and contribute to regional/global initiatives and points of view
• Participate in marketing initiatives, including research papers, surveys, and media engagement
• Collaborate with other WTW lines of business to cross-sell products and solutions

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in rewards and compensation within the private sector or compensation consulting
• Deep subject-matter expertise in annual, equity, stock, and other long and short-term incentive programs
• Strong knowledge of tax, corporate finance, regulatory, corporate governance, and accounting requirements
• Proven track record of success in new business generation and business development
• Demonstrated experience with special equity and incentive plans (e.g., IPOs, LBOs, M&As, or divestitures) is a plus
• Exceptional client relationship management, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
