About the role
Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-wide frameworks for talent calibration and performance management
- Partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and provide manager coaching
- Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design to support rapid global scaling
- Direct the methodology for identifying high-potential performers using the 9-Box Talent Matrix
- Create and implement data-driven employee retention and engagement programs
- Champion the end-to-end employee experience by building clear growth pathways and mobility programs
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in HRBP, Employee Relations, or People Operations leadership
- 8+ years leading teams within high-growth, global tech or industrial companies
- Proven track record of building programs from 0-1 and scaling organizations from 500 to 2,500+ employees
- Experience managing diverse populations including software engineers, technicians, and construction/unionized labor
- Proficiency in using HRIS/BI tools and data analytics to drive people initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 40-50% to support global sites and data center locations
