Senior Director, Employee Success

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-wide frameworks for talent calibration and performance management
• Partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and provide manager coaching
• Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design to support rapid global scaling
• Direct the methodology for identifying high-potential performers using the 9-Box Talent Matrix
• Create and implement data-driven employee retention and engagement programs
• Champion the end-to-end employee experience by building clear growth pathways and mobility programs

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in HRBP, Employee Relations, or People Operations leadership
• 8+ years leading teams within high-growth, global tech or industrial companies
• Proven track record of building programs from 0-1 and scaling organizations from 500 to 2,500+ employees
• Experience managing diverse populations including software engineers, technicians, and construction/unionized labor
• Proficiency in using HRIS/BI tools and data analytics to drive people initiatives
• Ability to travel up to 40-50% to support global sites and data center locations
