Senior Director, edX Brand & Content

Responsibilities

• Define clear, differentiated brand positioning and messaging for edX across all touchpoints
• Own end-to-end content strategy across SEO, social, and lifecycle to drive traffic and conversion
• Build and scale a high-output content system leveraging AI tools to enhance the creative process
• Define content and authority strategy to win in AI-driven discovery and search visibility
• Manage edX’s voice across social, creators, and community platforms
• Partner with Lifecycle teams to improve brand-led activation, conversion, and retention

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in brand or content strategy with business accountability
• Deep expertise in SEO and AI-driven discovery
• Proven track record of improving organic traffic, visibility, and conversion
• Experience in marketplace or scaled digital environments
• Ability to operate with a "build from zero" mindset, combining high-level strategy with hands-on execution
