Senior Director, Distribution Sales, Greater China

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue goals and DW$ targets for the Greater China distribution business
• Develop and flawlessly implement distribution strategies and growth initiatives to increase in-house share
• Drive mass market demand creation through regular reviews and joint customer visits
• Enhance engagement between distribution partners and the NXP Greater China field team
• Maintain strong executive-level relationships with distribution partners
• Coordinate corporate initiatives in collaboration with the corporate marketing team
• Build and strengthen the CAM team through active coaching and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 8 years of sales management experience within the semiconductor industry
• Deep familiarity with the automotive and industrial markets in China
• Proven leadership skills with strong influence and people management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership
• Result-driven mindset with a strong commitment to teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mass market development and management within the China region
