Senior Director - Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives aligned with client business objectives
• Design innovative digital solutions, functional architectures, and deployment strategies
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI, GenAI, Agentic systems, and HyperAutomation
• Leverage deep healthcare industry knowledge across Payers and Providers (UM, clinical, RCM, Admin)
• Build and scale digital transformation capabilities, frameworks, and reusable assets
• Lead applied research in AI-driven technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
• Partner with client CXOs and internal leadership to shape and execute transformation roadmaps
• Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts by shaping transformation narratives and value propositions

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience
• 10+ years of experience specifically within the healthcare industry
• Deep knowledge of healthcare Payers and Providers, including admin, clinical, and RCM
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation programs
• Experience building digital solutions and products
• Strong understanding of technology across data, AI, and automation
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management with senior client and internal leadership
• Proven success in driving new business and existing business growth
