Senior Director, Digital Performance Marketing & Loyalty

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in the Americas region.
• Oversee performance marketing channels including Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, SEO, and Affiliate.
• Design and scale innovative loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and repeat purchase behavior.
• Lead omnichannel marketing efforts ensuring consistency across digital, social, mobile, email, and e-commerce platforms.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital marketing and loyalty professionals.
• Implement and enhance marketing technology solutions such as DMPs, CDPs, and CRM tools.
• Utilize predictive analytics and AI-driven personalization to deliver tailored marketing experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success leading large-scale performance marketing and loyalty programs
• Deep expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, and Affiliate channels
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Marketo

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, or tech sectors
• Strong understanding of the Americas market and regional consumer trends
