About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the public face and voice of Crusoe Cloud for developers, ML engineers, and technical decision makers
  • Develop a distinctive point of view on AI infrastructure, GPU compute, and model training
  • Conceive, script, and produce short-form video content to drive awareness and interest
  • Define the developer engagement strategy and manage a cohesive editorial calendar across social and community channels
  • Represent the developer experience internally to Product and Engineering teams
  • Engage directly with technical audiences at conferences and industry events
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Communications to align developer narratives with broader business goals
  • Track and analyze metrics related to content performance, audience growth, and platform adoption

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in developer relations, developer marketing, or technical content creation
  • Proven ability to earn credibility with AI/ML practitioners and cloud infrastructure engineers
  • Hands-on technical fluency in GPU clusters, model training workflows, and inference optimization
  • Working knowledge of distributed inference and post-training techniques (fine-tuning, LoRA, quantization, RLHF)
  • Direct experience producing short-form video for technical audiences
  • Strong presence and comfort being a public-facing voice on camera and social platforms
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as AI-native companies or cloud providers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established personal brand or following within a technical community
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Direct experience building on cloud infrastructure or AI platforms as a practitioner
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams of advocates or content creators
