Senior Director, Customer Delivery Unit (Oncology Portfolio Lead)

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of a global oncology portfolio to drive high-quality, cost-effective execution
• Lead integrated cross-functional teams across clinical, data, regulatory, and safety functions
• Serve as a senior executive partner to clients, building trusted relationships and managing critical escalations
• Represent the Customer Delivery Unit in executive governance forums to influence portfolio strategy
• Drive operational excellence through standardization, innovation, and scalable processes
• Lead and develop senior leaders to build high-performing, engaged, and accountable teams
• Contribute to business development by providing operational insights for competitive solutions

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in clinical development or clinical operations
• Deep expertise in the oncology therapeutic area
• Proven success leading large, global clinical portfolios with full operational and financial accountability
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at the executive level within complex environments
• Track record of building and leading high-performing global teams
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MBA) strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within strategic partnerships or large-scale alliances
