Senior Director, Culture & Inclusion

Responsibilities

• Embed inclusive practices into talent, culture, and learning processes to deliver equitable outcomes
• Provide strategic guidance for the deployment of Cargill Values, Behaviors, and Culture Shifts
• Oversee the evolution of Voice of Employee strategies, including surveys and engagement tools
• Manage a portfolio of external partnerships and advocacy groups to benchmark inclusion practices
• Lead and provide governance for Business Resource Groups (BRGs), supporting executive sponsors and best practice sharing
• Contribute to the development and execution of company-wide inclusion events and experiences
• Manage and develop team members to achieve organizational goals and foster an inclusive team culture

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience (typically 12+ years preferred)
• Experience shaping and advancing enterprise-wide culture and inclusion strategies
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and enterprise stakeholders
• Experience leading Voice of Employee strategies and translating insights into action
• Experience establishing and scaling Business Resource Groups (BRGs)
• Ability to lead effectively within global, matrixed environments
• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform strategy and drive adoption
